Electronic Submittal is preferred:  If submitting an electronic proposal, the first page of the Submittal Packet shall be digitally signed by an authorized representative of the proposer’s firm.  For easy identification, please list the RFP number in the subject line of the email.   

If submitting hard copy proposal, the first page of the Submittal Packet shall be signed with an original signature by an authorized representative of the proposer’s firm.
