Kitsap Transit is issuing a Request for Proposals from interested firms to provide communications and marketing services that will support ridership growth and public awareness of its bus and fast-ferry services. All work associated with this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be executed under a three (3) year Contract with two (2) one (1) year extensions.
