Project 2018-27 Request for Proposal for Legal Services

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) is seeking the services of up to two qualified legal consultants/firms with relevant experience to assist the EHA with organizational, modernization, redevelopment, asset repositioning, and development activities. The term of any resultant contracts will be three years, renewable at the sole discretion of the EHA by two (2) one-year periods. The total duration of the contract, including all extensions, shall not exceed three years unless otherwise determined by the needs of an on-going project.

Firms interested in providing such service to EHA must complete and submit a proposal that substantiates or presents evidence of that firm's abilities and expertise in the areas defined in the selection criteria section of the RFP solicitation packet.
