This solicitation is issued in order to assist DSHS Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) in seeking qualified contractors to provide services to recruit candidates for employed positions within the BHA Programs and Facilities. DSHS intends to award multiple Contracts in each Position Group. The successful contractors identified through this RFQ shall augment the recruitment efforts of DSHS Human Resources Division (HRD) to assist in filling vacancies that are difficult to fill or are needed on an expedited basis. BHA seeks multiple contractors with significant expertise in recruiting the types of positions required in the setting of state-operated behavioral health facilities.

All Responses must be received in their entirety by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on March, 11, 2022 unless an Amendment is issued modifying the Solicitation Schedule set forth in Section C.1 of this Solicitation Document.
