Request for Qualifications to Furnish Engineering and Land Surveying Services

The Town of Metaline Falls, WA (pursuant to Chapter 61, Washington Laws of 1981) is requesting Statements
of Qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and
land surveying services for the 2018-2020 calendar years in conjunction with town sponsored projects with the
potential for funding in part through State and Federal programs including, but not limited to Washington State
Community Development Block Grant, Department of Ecology, USDA- Rural Development. Required design
services may include but are not limited to water systems, sewer systems, stormwater management facilities,
project management, planning, surveying and assistance with funding procurement. Questions regarding this

Firms desiring consideration shall submit one complete qualification package to: Town of Metaline Falls, Attn:
Renee Kendrick, PO Box 277, Metaline Falls, WA 99513. Qualification packages should be submitted to arrive no
later than 3:00 PM on March 29, 2018.
