The objective of this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) is to hire up to eight (8) professional firms thus establishing a pool of on call environmental contractors to enter into service contract(s) for the Department of Ecology (ECOLOGY) in accordance with RCW 39.26. The bidding firms should specialize in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Geotechnical.
• Hydrogeological.
• Environmental, and/or
• Scientific.
