The purpose of the solicitation is to establish bids to obtain a contractor who can provide The purpose of this Request for Qualification and Quotation (RFQQ) is to acquire a qualified vendor  to provide an application, technical expertise, and support to replace the existing  Collision Diagramming Tool within the Statewide Electronic Collision & Ticket Online Records (SECTOR) system.  The selected vendor will be expected to provide an application that meets or exceeds the functionality of the current Collision Diagramming Tool including the use of existing location templates, integration assistance, a training module, and application maintenance and support.
