SYNOPSIS: Skyway Park Improvements project will implement enhancements to park facilities. The improvements include foundations for a new playground and a mini-turf soccer field, a new pathway and a stormwater detention system.

Location : Skyway Park, 7121 S 120th Place, Seattle, WA 98178

Engineer’s Estimate : $1,826,000

RFI Deadline: November 16, submit all inquiries via KC Procurement Portal or email it to us at estimating@ohnoconstruction.com.

Voluntary Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal : 10% of the Contract Price

Voluntary Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Goal : 6% of the Contract Price.

Project Completion : 60 working days from NTP. Estimated Substantial Completion by June 01, 2022.

Buy America for Steel and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance requirement.

King County has a mandatory vaccine and testing requirement - Including subcontractors.

This project is subject to Prevailing Wages (Davis Bacon).

Bid Form – Attachment A (Bidding Schedule).

Alternates: 1 – Pedestrian Lighting; 2 – Basketball Court; 3 – South Baseball Field Removal; 4 – Bollard and Rail Fence; 5 – Trail Repair and Root Barriers; 6 – Mitigation Planting; 7 – Coated Chain Link Fence; 8 – Park Bench

Bid Date change per Addendum No. 1.

Subcontractors should have EMR (EMF) Ratings under “1”.

 

BID DUE DATE & TIME: Monday, November 22 by the end of business day
