Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop and deliver a workforce development strategy, centered on a cohort leadership model, that moves from capacity building to operationalizing systems change work in advancing racial equity and social justice for the Snohomish County Health Department (SCHD).

The project is anticipated to begin upon contract execution and be completed by December 31, 2024.
