CONTRACT DURATION: 365 calendar days

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovate a standard 20,000 sf indoor aquatic center.  Work includes removing hydraulic movable pool floor and bulkhead, replacement of the pool deck and pool lining, pool equipment, water treatment system, bldg HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, doors, borrowed lites, storefronts, plumbing fixtures in locker rooms, addressing ADA accessibility, misc architectural casework and finish carpentry, site improvements to include sidewalks and parking lot.

 

PRICING REQUIREMENTS: This project includes ONE (1) Base Bid and FIVE (5) Alternates.  SEPARATE pricing is required for each bid item.

 

WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.
