SPD North Precinct Improvements

 

Work includes: Phase 1 - Mobilization, site preparation, and construction of the new parking lot extension at the southern portion of the site; Phase 2 - Placement of the modular buildings; Phase 3 - New roll call room tenant improvements; Phase 4 - New evidence processing room and new report writing stations; Phase 5 - Remaining tenant improvements. Alternates include: Alternate 1 - Mechanical chiller and boiler replacement and Alternate 2 - Electrical vehicle charging infrastructure.
