INVITATION TO BID

Stevens County is requesting bids for construction of a fire station in Addy, Washington. Bids shall be emailed in PDF format to brian.belsby@horrocks.com, and a physical copy of the bids, postmarked the same day as the emailed bid, shall also be sent to Belsby+Horrocks Engineers, 1325 W 1st Ave, Suite 204, Spokane, WA 99201. Bids will be received by email until November 20, 2020, at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly via online virtual conference immediately following the close of bid receipt. Anyone interested in participating shall contact Belsby-Horrocks Engineers at (509) 747-6790 or the email listed above. No late or faxed bids will be accepted.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time, on November 10, 2020, at the Addy Fire Station, 1386 Hall St, Addy, WA 99101.

This work consists of Construction of a 7,428 square foot fire station and associated site improvements.

Approximate project cost is $1.1 million.
