Project Description:
Project consists of modernization of the existing Cosmopolis Elementary School. Includes new attic insulation, window replacement, hydronic piping replacement, unit ventilator replacement, toilet room accessibility upgrades, various casework improvements, minor electrical work, and finishes. Site improvements include minimal grading, concrete work, fencing, and surface patching. 

Estimated Value:
$2.5 - $2.6 million 

Contract Duration:
The school, grounds, parking and drive areas will remain in use throughout the duration of the 2017-2018 school year!!  - NTP on or about 4/15/18.  - Phase 1: 6/8/18 thru 11/9/18  - Phase 2: 11/22/18 thru 5/1/19  - Phase 3: 6/8/18 thru 9/4/18 

Pricing Requirements:
- There is one (1) Base Bid.
- There are six (6) Alternates. Please check and see if you need to include alternate pricing. 

Wage Rates:
This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
