INVITATION FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received for the Town of Washtucna by Petrichor Broadband, LLC. located at 302 N Mill Street, Colfax, WA 99111, until 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2024, for the general contract for construction of Washtucna Fiber to the Premise Broadband Project located in Adams County, WA. The project consists of constructing aerial and underground broadband infrastructure within the town of Washtucna including last mile drops to serve approximately 110 locations.

Availability of Bidding Documents: Bona fide general contractors may obtain the contract documents online at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rGeaZ8uv90oJA2tOk6Dhn4e9SYzb529l... of the contract documents may be examined at the office of Petrichor Broadband, LLC. located at 302 N Mill Street, Colfax, WA 99111.

Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount payable to the Town of Washtucna, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. 

Rejection of Bids: The Town shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document, or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
