Project Description: Renovation of existing steel-framed buildings for Tukwila Public Works. Renovations include: seismic upgrades to existing structure, MEP upgrades to meet code requirements/improve occupant health, office tenant improvement, locker rooms and showers, parts storage, shops and vehicle maint bays. Also includes construction of an entry porch, stair, and ADA compliant ramp, new roofing and roof sheathing, new and replacement exterior doors and windows, selective demo and replacement of wood siding and trim, exterior wall sheathing, thermal insulation, and associated electrical work.
