The scope of vvork provides for the construction to rebuild the Tumwater Falls Rearing Ponds to improve spawning capacity, facility management, and public access. This work consists of the demolition and removal of the existing 2 rearing ponds, pumping facility and conveyance lines, electrical services, and existing site paving. New structures to be built include water intake, mechanical housing, adult fish holding facility, pollution abatement pond, and new electrical service. Work will also include modifications to site paving, WDFW support building, and Olympia Tumwater Foundation office building. Unless noted otherwise, the scope of work includes all vvork as shown and described in the Drawings and Specifications.
