CITY OF CAMAS PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 
VIEW RIDGE COURT SEWER REPLACEMENT 
CITY PROJECT NO. WS-692 

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas, Administrative Services, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington, until 3:00 P.M., on Friday, May 24, 2019, and will then and there be publicly read for the construction of the improvement. 

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent ( 5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) 2018 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction (standard specifications), the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Camas. All Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. 

Plans and Specifications may be purchased from the City of Camas in an electronic format for $25 plus 8.4% sales tax by contacting Ronda Syverson at rsyverson@cityofcamas.us or 360.817.7256 between the hours of9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Bid documents will be available after 2:00 P.M. on May 9, 2019. Registration as a plan holder is required to obtain Contract Addenda. Contractors must be registered on the City of Camas Plan Holders List to receive any Addenda. ELIGIBLE BIDDERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF CAMAS PLAN HOLDERS LIST. INELIGIBLE BIDS SHALL BE RETURNED TO BIDDERS UNOPENED. If preferable, the bidder may purchase hard copies of the bid documents at Camas City Hall, Public Works Department, located at 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington 98607, for the cost of $40.00 plus 8.4% sales tax, which is non-refundable.
