Notice is hereby given that sealed statements of qualification will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Consultant Engineering Services for:

Marine Drive Phase II – Alderwood Avenue to Bridge No. 172
Reconstruction and Bicycle/Pedestrian Facilities Project, CRP No. 924002

UNTIL: 2:30 PM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to watch the virtual opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County is soliciting statements of qualifications from consulting firms with expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design to provide Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Marine Drive Phase II – Alderwood Avenue to Bridge No. 172 Reconstruction and Bicycle/Pedestrian Facilities Project, CRP No. 924002, as further described in the solicitation document.

Please be advised that prospective consultants will be held to Federal EEO requirements, ADA, and Civil Rights language for Whatcom County.
