Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

Rogers and Orton Halls are 12 story student dorms on the Pullman campus of Washington State University. The condition of the exterior columns are showing signs of water damage and subsequent deterioration at floor levels 4, 7, 11 and at splice joints on the columns at the West and East side of both halls.

Bid Estimate:  $300,000-$350,0000

Bid Deadline: May 1, 2024, prior to 2:00 p.m., virtual bid opening at 2:30 p.m.
