The work performed by the CONSULTANT consists of providing construction management, construction engineering, inspection, document controls, and administration services.  The scope of these two  projects, documentation, and tracking of costs, will be segregated. Each project will have its own independent schedule of delivery, but the combined duration of work for both projects is anticipated to be July 2022 through July 2023.
