Solicitation to supply Avgas 100LL, Jet A with Prist, and Jet A without Prist at selected Pacific Northwest airports.

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW Chapter 39.26. Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award Master Contracts to bidders that can provide on an as-needed basis aviation fuel and aircraft fueling services at selected Washington, Oregon and Idaho airports.  Please see Exhibit B – Bid Price for the full list of included airports. This Competitive Solicitation includes the following fuel categories: Avgas 100LL, Jet A with Prist additive, and Jet A without Prist additive (“Aviation Fuel”).
