The Fawcett Elementary School (FES) Replacement project is comprised of the demolition of the existing FES facility and construction of a new 55,000 SF facility on a 5.59-acre site. Delivered using progressive-design-build delivery, the project includes construction of a new elementary school, parking lot, playgrounds and play fields to house approximately 400 students.
