Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct the following: Demolition and removal of existing residence including portions of stem walls and retaining walls. Installation of new manufactured home, new retaining wall, and a stick build garage on slab and foundation. At the Department's Arlington Hatchery, located at 17619 316th St NE, Arlington, WA 98223, Washington, in Snohomish County.
Engineer’s Estimate: $580,000
