Electronic Employee Relations Case Management system

Lewis County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide, configure and implement a comprehensive electronic employee relations case management system for Lewis County Human Resources. The system, whether cloud or on-prem, shall have the ability to track cases for general employee relations, investigations, FMLA/PFLM, and Workers’ Compensation. The system should have workflow structures and routing capabilities along with robust reporting. System should have industry standard security standards for storing and securing data. Systems should have the ability to interface with our Tyler Munis Finance system.

 

Lewis County is accepting electronic submissions through OpenGov. Those wishing to submit a proposal must create a fee account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup.

CLOSING DAY AND TIME: Responses will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m. July 19, 2024.
