The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, WSP intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSP to purchase one acoustic hailing device.
