WTA is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for a public works contract to make electrical improvements to its Midway lot, located at 3995 Bakerview Spur in Bellingham, Washington (“Midway Lot”). The entire scope of requested work is set out in the Plans and Specifications, and consists of, but is not limited to, excavation, disposal, removal of items, erosion control measures, construction survey work, and concrete work; and the supply & installation of generators, electrical components, conduit, and wire (“Project” or “Work”). Range $1,600,000.00 - $1,800,000.00
