RFQ - ENERGY SAVINGS CONTRACT SERVICES - YAKIMA AIR TERMINAL

The Yakima Air Terminal – McAllister Field (YKM) (Airport), a facility owned by the City of Yakima, is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) for comprehensive energy management, distributed energy, and energy-related capital improvement services to its facilities as authorized under Chapter 39.35A RCW. The Airport intends to construct a series of solar array canopies over rows of existing airport terminal parking stalls to achieve energy savings.  

SOQs shall be received by noon (12:00 pm) on March 27th, 2025.  All Qualifications must be submitted to the City of Yakima, City Clerk’s office, 129 N. 2nd St., Yakima, WA 98901 in sealed envelopes marked, “RFQ for Energy Savings Contract”, with the name and address of the submitter clearly marked.  Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to Robert Hodgman, Airport Director, by email (robert.hodgman@yakimawa.gov) or at (509) 575-6149.

Firms may attend an optional site walkthrough on March 13, 2025, if requested by appointment at the contact information above.
