This competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the ALTSA Administration, HCS Division of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in seeking qualified Contractor (s) to provide the Washington State funded TBI Council Virtual Support Groups (VSGs), facilitation and a platform for education, information, and infrastructure to enhance the quality and accessibility of TBI support groups statewide.  Offer structured, evidence-based psychoeducational sessions focused on TBI-related challenges. Build a supportive community for individuals with TBI, their caregivers, and families.
