Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following:

CARD LOCK FUEL SERVICE

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, April 21, 2026

At which time the responses will be publicly opened and read aloud (live via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested parties are invited to be attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works Equipment Services Division is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing card lock or similar fuel access service for the provision of unleaded gasoline, diesel, ethanol-free premium, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for County fleet vehicles.
