Construction of roadway improvements along the west side of Levee Street betweekn 7th Street and 10th Street that are necessary for the North Shore Levee West Project.  Work related to the roadway work includes new curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving and associated storm drainage improvements within the limits of the project.
