This project is funded, by federal award number CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital) awarded to Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.

Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.

Bids that do not adhere to contractor requirements in the RFQ will be rejected.

All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington.
