General Contract/Construction Manager (GC/CM) Services Lake Washington School District
Resource Center Board Room Addition & Alterations

RESPONSE DUE: May 22, 2026 @ 12:00 P.M. PST

The Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is accepting proposals from general contracting firms to 
provide GC/CM services.

Project Description: Addition and improvements to the Board Room to improve operations, safety, 
security, and lighting in the Lake Washington School District Resource Center in Redmond, WA. The 
district and design team will evaluate needs, priorities and phasing of the Project in 
collaboration with the awarded GC/CM.

No hardcopy submittals will be accepted. All submittals will be electronically submitted via the 
Bonfire portal. Each response shall be in accordance with the specifications and documents now on 
file in Bonfire. Interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download RFQ documents 
and upload submittals.
