Kitsap Transit is releaseing opportunity KT 26-035 - Access Software System Heath check

Kitsap County Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority (Kitsap Transit / KT) is seeking proposals from qualified sources to provide professional consulting services for an annual evaluation (“Health Check”) of the Agency’s paratransit scheduling software system, Trapeze PASS, and associated modules including Drivermate. The Health Check shall confirm that all PASS systems, including add-on modules, are functioning as intended through a comprehensive end-to-end review of all technical aspects of the system, software parameters, scheduling parameters, mapping, and end-user capabilities.
