Tacoma Power Administrative Complex Parking & Storage Improvement Project – Subcontractor and Vendor Outreach Event

Owner:  City of Tacoma – Tacoma Power
 
General Project Information:  The project includes design, procurement and construction services for improvements to the Tacoma Power Administrative Complex, including a new addition to the existing Shops Building, new canopy -covered and/or enclosed parking and storage areas, site circulation and access improvements, paving, utilities, fencing/gates and selective demolition. Construction will be phased to maintain Tacoma Power operations on an active campus.
 
Delivery Method:  Progressive Design-Build
 
Bid Packaging Scopes: Early site, foundation, and building scopes; covered parking/canopy and enclosed storage work; site improvements; general requirements including final cleaning, temporary fencing, and rentals; and specialty scopes such as signage, lockers, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, and other Division 02 –13 opportunities.
