26-001 Capital Project Planning RFP

BIDS DUE: July 8th 2026

Project Summary: The Spokane Public Facilities District ("District") is requesting proposals from qualified and established entities that possess the skill and experience required to provide Facility Condition Assessment & Capital Project Planning Consulting Services for the Spokane Convention Center, First Interstate Center for the Arts, Spokane Arena, The Podium, and ONE Spokane Stadium ("Facilities"). The Facilities are owned and operated by the District.

Notice to Bidders:

Bidding documents, including the form of contract, instructions to bidders, and the bid form are available to download via the District’s procurement portal located at https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login.  Bidders must complete a free new vendor registration.

Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested bidders to submit bids via Bonfire (Euna) by 2pm July 8th 2026.   

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Walk:

Interested bidders are invited schedule a site walk between June 23rd to June 25th 2026. Please email Noel Standage at nstandage@spokanepfd.org  no later than Friday June 19th to confirm date and time.

Bidder Responsibility:

To be eligible for the award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of the following:

• Licensed to do business in the State of Washington.
• Not be precluded from bidding public works projects.
• Be able to provide a payment and performance bond and insurance as required by the bidding documents.
