The site is approximately 1.5 acres and is east of LaVenture Road between Kulshan View Drive and Kulshan Way in Mount Vernon, WA.  The proposed building is approximately 21,700 square feet of gross floor area with 24-units, 3 stories with one, two and three bedroom units. Site features include associated parking, landscaping, garbage, site and utility improvements. The project is being designed for sustainability to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) and state requirements.
