The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to replace the City of Ellensburg’s Public Library and Hal Holmes Community Center HVAC systems.  The Library HVAC system will be replaced with a heat pump chiller that will be located on the roof in place of the existing cooling tower while the Community Center side HVAC units will be replaced in-kind with six air source heat pump packaged rooftop units.
