Sealed bids will be accepted by Chervenell Construction until 2:00pm (Base Bid and Alternates) on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 at Chervenell Construction located at 107422 E Detrick PR SE, Kennewick, WA 99338. Base Bid and Alternate proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the bid opening. Interested parties are invited to attend.
A Pre-Bid Conference, Encouraged for all prospective bidders, will be held Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 at 10:30am at the Fran Rish Stadium located at 930 Long Ave, Richland, WA 99352. This Pre-Bid Conference will be MANDATORY for Bid Package #2 bidders.
SEALED bids for the following bid packages will be accepted
Bid Packages #2 Site Demo/Earthwork/Landscaping/Site Concrete, 3 Building Concrete, 4 HVAC, 5 Plumbing, 6 Electrical, 7 Fencing, 9 Masonry, 10 Structural Steel, 11 Roofing, 12 Stucco, 13 Doors & Hardware, 14 Glass & Glazing, 15 GWB & Framing, 16 Casework, 17 Rough Carpentry, 18 Insulation, 19 Floor Covering, 20 Fire Sprinklers, 21 Painting, 22 Wall Paneling, 23 Asphalt Paving, 24 Track Surfacing, 25 Field Turf, 26 Misc Specialties, 27 Field & Track Equipment, 29 Acoustical Ceilings
The scopes of work are outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Bid Package. The envelope shall have printed on the outside the following:
- The Project number and Description
- Bid Package Number and Date
- The name and address of the Bidder
A Bid Bond is required for any bid over $300,000. Proposals received after the time set for opening will not be considered. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the time and date set for opening. Chervenell Construction reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received. Any firm failing to submit its proposal in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Instructions to Bidders may be considered non-responsive. Any bid package received by fax, email or phoned in will be considered non-responsive.
