What’s Planned? Mt Stuart and the New Elementary Schools located in the city of Ellensburg at and near 705 W 15th Ave. The schools will occupy two separate parcels within a mile of each other. The Project involves two new elementary schools, updates to the existing gym, demolition & abatement of the existing school, road extensions, new parking, bus loops and playground areas and equipment. The estimated construction cost is $37,000,000 between the two sites with construction beginning in April 2020 and completion by November 2021.
Bid Schedule: We are tentatively tracking bid documents being posted beginning February 24, 2020, and bid packages bidding between March 19, 2020 through April 30,2020
