The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Public Transportation Division (PTD), invites photography related firms to submit quotes for a (direct buy) project.

The minimum committed amount to the project with PTD (federally funded):  $12,500.00

Mandatory Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal:  5.58%

SCOPE OF WORK

The project (direct buy) shall be awarded for transit photography and within all regions in Washington.  The regions for this project shall include Olympic, Southwest, Eastern, South Central WSDOT Regions.  The project expressly excludes King, Pierce and Thurston counties.  For each region, the Contractor will create a portfolio of, at a minimum, forty (40) separate moments and wild art. These moments and wild art will highlight people using public transportation systems in predominantly rural areas, as well as public transportation projects designed to create meaningful connections to underserved communities.  These moments should not exclusively feature public transportation vehicles.

Photos must be taken with a camera with at least a twenty four (24) megapixel sensor.  The portfolio must be delivered in high-resolution photo file in JPEG format copied to a USB drive. WSDOT will retain exclusive rights to the portfolio. The cost of submittals and any related expenses, including travel, shall be entirely the responsibility of the respondent.  The state reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit three (3) copies of their proposed submittals (see below) prior to 5:00 P.M. PST, Friday 08/24/ 18.  Submittals should include requested data that will assist the selection committee in making its evaluation.
