PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will be required to furnish and install, through self performance or the management of Subcontractors, the following elements of work, including but not limited to: right-of-way infrastructure improvements including but not limited to construction of stormwater erosion control, tree protection, pavement demolition, utility demolition, new sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure, temporary sewer bypass, roadway and sidewalk improvements including curb ramps and planter strip improvements. Additional parcel improvements including but not limited to construction of stormwater erosion control, tree protection, lead soil abatement, building foundation demolition, hardscape demolition, demolition of site features, overhead utility demolition, rough grading, private access drive (PAD) construction, storm drainage and site restoration
LOCATION: 721 Alder Street, Seattle WA 98104 (Permit Address)
ESTIMATE: The estimate for this project is between $4,500,000 and $4,700,000
BID SUBMITTAL: Due to Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, the Seattle Housing’s Central Office Building is not accepting deliveries. Therefore, sealed bids must either be sent via USPS to SHA’s post office box or sealed bids must be delivered in person at its offices at 190 Queen Anne Avenue North, Seattle, Washington 98109, only up to 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2020 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
